Reservation Rules: Govt Forms Cabinet Sub Committee To Hear Grievances of Youth
Srinagar, Dec 10: The National Conference-led government today constituted a three-member Cabinet Sub-Committee (CSC) to hear the grievances of youth regarding reservation rules.
Headed by Social Welfare Minister Sakina Masood Itoo, the CSC will have Minister for Public Health Engineering, Javed Rana and Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Satish Sharma as members.
The committee, will look into complaints from aspirants for different posts regarding the reservation rules and start a process of consultation with the stakeholders.
The Social Welfare Department will act as a nodal department to support the sub-committee that then subsequently submit the report to the council of ministers.
