JKNPP leadership has urged upon Hon’ble President of India,  Ramnath Kovind to end the controversy over the so-called Kashmir issue nurtured by international agencies in and outside the UNO, by unitedly fighting out the disinformation campaign launched by Pakistan and its supporters since 1947. In a statement today  P.K. Ganju, Sr. Vice President & Chief Spokesman said that Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate of Supreme Court, Founder-President of J&K National Panthers Party and knowledgeable about the International Law is the right person from J&K and Ladakh to speak, discuss and explain the geographical, historical and political reality of the erstwhile state of J&K and Ladakh before and after Accession to the Republic of India on October 27, 1947.

Ganju said that the Govt. of India representatives in the UNO and Foreign Office at New Delhi were not even born in the transition period after the representation of J&K issue by Late  V.K. Krishna Menon before the Security Council in 1956.We, in India, have the man who knows the issue and its resolution by means of peace and understanding between the two nations. After  Krishna Menon we have in India a political student of his teaching namely Prof.Bhim Singh, a son of the soil who had taken a lead in the past to convey the genesis of J&K issue with the international community during the past 40 years. It shall be worthwhile for the Indian side to depute Bhim Singh to the UNO and OIC to re-explain Indian position and status as per international law,  JKNPP leadership pointed out.
