PIB and CBC Regional Offices observe Vigilance Awareness Week 2023  

Jammu, Oct. 30, 2023: The  Press Information Bureau (PIB), Jammu  and the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Jammu under the  Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India observed the Vigilance Awareness Week in the Media Centre, Jammu today. The week is observed as an outreach measure to create greater awareness about the importance of integrity and ethics in public life. This year, the theme is – ‘say no to corruption, commit to the nation.’All the officers/ officials took a pledge that they shall be vigilant and commit themselves to the highest standards of honesty and integrity always. They also pledged to support the fight against corruption and  promote ethical business practices besides fostering a culture of honesty and integrity. They shall not offer or accept bride,  and shall protect the right and interests of stakeholders and the society at large.
