Defamation suit filed against accused for uploading false videos against ARTO Baramulla

Baramulla:  Defamation Suit has been filed against Siraj ud din Salam for uploading false and baseless video against ARTO Baramulla Mubashir Jan on Social Media. Sources told that Addl.District & Session Court Sopore Aijaz Ahamad khan has restrained Siraj ud-din Salam of Baramulla for making any derogatory Statement against Mubashir Jan ARTO Baramulla. Counsel of ARTO Baramulla argued that Siraj ud din Salam is habitual offender to gain publicity he has uploaded false and Baseless videoes on social Media against public Servent to malign their image in Society and blackmail them in order to extract money. Accordingly after hearing counsel for the Plaintiff Additional District & Sessions Judge Aijaz Ahmad  Khan has Summoned the Siraj ud din Salam resident of Kanispora Baramulla and has barred him to issue any Statement against ARTO Baramulla Mubashir Jan meanwhile the Case has been listed again on 22 Feb 2021 for further proceedings.
