New Delhi, Sep 30 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday extended support to US President Donald J. Trump’s new proposal to resolve the Gaza conflict, calling it a credible roadmap for lasting peace.

In a post on X, as per news agency JKNS PM Modi wrote, “We welcome President Donald J. Trump’s announcement of a comprehensive plan to end the Gaza conflict.”

“It provides a viable pathway to long term and sustainable peace, security and development for the Palestinian and Israeli people, as also for the larger West Asian region,” it reads further, “We hope that all concerned will come together behind President Trump’s initiative and support this effort to end conflict and secure peace,” reads the post.

Officials have also been directed to ensure that their registered mobile numbers linked with Sandes remain active, valid and accessible for receiving authentication messages. Any discrepancy, authentication failure or technical issue is required to be reported immediately through the official email IDs issued by the department. The circular further stated that the respective Maker/Checker users will be held solely accountable for any transaction or activity carried out using their credentials.The order has been issued with the approval of the competent authority under reference number FD-BDGTODBT/1/2025-PMU-FD (7651222), and copies have been forwarded to all Administrative Secretaries for information and necessary compliance.
