Jammu: Senior most IPS Officer in J&K, Navin Agarwal has returned back to J&K. Sources told that the 1986 batch Officer , Navin Agarwal to be posted soon. Agarwal is set to retire from Services in July month of this year. Sources told that the round of shifting at Senior Level in Police department is on cards.
