Transfers and Postings of Police Officers in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 14: The Government of Jammu & Kashmir on Thursday ordered transfer and posting of several police officers with immediate effect. According to an order, the fresh transfers and postings have been taken up for the interest of administration.

1. Sandeep Wazir, IPS – From SSP, ACB to AIG Personnel, PHQ upon repatriation.
2. Gurinderpal Singh, IPS – From Director, Police Telecommunication to SSP Baramulla.
3. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, IPS – Assigned as SSP Security Jammu from awaiting posting.
4. Mumtaz Ahmad, IPS – Transferred from SSP Poonch to Commandant, IRP 12.
5. Mohd. Aslam, IPS – From SSP Doda to Commandant, IRP 24.
6. Bisma Qazi, IPS – From awaiting posting as Addl. SP Budgam to SP City East Srinagar and SSP Ganderbal.
7. Gaurav Sikarwar, IPS – Transferred from SSP Reasi to SSP Rajouri.
8. Mohd. Arshad – From Commandant, IRP 13 to SSP CI CID Jammu.
9. Randeep Kumar – Transferred from SSP Rajouri to SSP Security HQ, J&K.
10. Wasim Qadri – From SSP Ganderbal to SSP Railways Kashmir.
11. Virender Singh Manhas – From AIG Personnel, PHQ to SSP Samba.
