Rumi Library IUST, IEEE organise one-day training programme

Awantipora, September 21: A one-day training programme was organised by Rumi Library IUST on IEEE-ASPP: Awareness, Access, and Impact.

The programme was presided over by Dean Academic Affairs, Prof. Manzoor Ahmad Malik and was attended by Dean Research Prof. A H Moon, Deans of schools, Heads of Departments, faculty and scholars.

The experts from IEEE who delivered lectures included Mr. Ranbir Sedhey, Client Service Manager IEEE and Mr. Ritesh Kumar, Senior Training Officer-EBSCO.

Mr. Ranbir Sedhey gave a detailed presentation informing how to publish with IEEE and deliberated on accessing IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Prof. Manzoor Ahmad Malik commended the event director, Dr. Fayaz Ahmad, Librarian, Rumi Library for organising the programme.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Sheikh Sheub, Assistant Librarian, Rumi Library.
