Manoj K. Dwivedi appointed Secretary GAD

Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi has been appointed as Commissioner/Secretary General Administration Department in addition to his current charge of Industries and Commerce Department.

An order by the J&K Government said he will also hold the additional charge of Director General ,J&K Institute of Management Public Administration and Rural Development(IMPARD). He replaces incumbent Secretary GAD Farooq Ahmad Lone, IAS, who is retiring from service on attaining superannuation on June 30.
