J&KSrinagar DDC members to elect DDC Chairman, Vice chairman on Saturday

Srinagar, Feb 3 (Arising State): District Commissioner Srinagar Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary has called a meeting of elected DDC members on Sunday to elect Chairman and Vice-chairman of the District Development Council.

“In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of rule 108 – ZN of the Jammu & Kashmir Panchayat Raj Rules, 1996, 1, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS, District Election Officer (Deputy Commissioner) Srinagar, do hereby give notice that a meeting of the District Development Council shall be held on 06.02.2021 at 11.am  at the Meeting Hall DC Office Srinagar to elect Chairperson / Vice-Chairperson of the District Development Council under Section 45 – B of the Act,” reads the notification issued.
