JK Govt. issues human organ transplantation rules

Health and Medical Education Department in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday issued the Jammu and Kashmir Transplant of Human Organs and Tissues Act of 1997 SRO 311 of 09.05.2019.

The rules have been issued by the HME department after the approval by the State Administrative Council, reads an official statement.

The 54 pages order was issued today by Jammu and Kashmir government.
