J&K Govt extends timeline for self-appraisal in APR for 2025–26

Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has extended the timeline for submission of self-appraisal reports under the Annual Performance Report (APR) for the assessment year 2025–26 in respect of Gazetted Officers (excluding IAS, IPS, IFoS, and JKAS officers) on the SPARROW portal.As per Government Order No. 864-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated May 4, 2026, and in reference to Regulations III and IV of Annexure-I to Government Order No. 1311-GAD of 2001 dated November 9, 2001, it has been decided to extend the deadline for officers to submit their self-appraisal from April 30, 2026, to May 15, 2026.However, all other timelines prescribed under Regulation IV of Annexure-I to the APR Rules, 2001 shall remain unchanged.The order has been issued by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
