Intruder killed near LoC in Uri

An intruder was killed by security forces at Dulanja post near the Line of Control in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district in the wee hours on Wednesday.

Sources said that the intruder was killed when he was trying to cross over to this side of the LoC.

They said that the intruder was Pakistani and identified him as Sarfaz Mir.

Sources, however, said that the body of the intruder has not been retrieved yet while a Police team has also been rushed to the spot to ascertain further details.
