Innocent citizens need not to worry about implementation of law regarding property attachments: Police

Srinagar, Mar 27 : Jammu and Kashmir police on Sunday said that honest and innocent citizens do not need to worry about the implementation of the law regarding attachment of properties used for militancy related activities.

Kashmir zone police on its official Twitter handle informed that honest and innocent citizens don’t have to worry a bit about the implementation of law regarding action against house owners in whose house militants come to hide at gun point.
It said that the law already provides protection to such persons and police will go by law.

Police also said that it was also aware that agents of militants and separatist leaders from time to time cleverly push militants in to innocent citizens house to damage them.

It further said that Jammu and Kashmir has the skill and knowledge to segregate the chaff from grains, but law will not spare the rest.
