Handwara Police Crack Down on Tehreek-i-Hurriya-G Network
Handwara,, April 26,: In a major crackdown against the banned outfit Tehreek-i-Hurriya-G, Handwara Police coordinated search operations at multiple regional locations.
The searches were conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into the activities of individuals associated with the proscribed organisation.
According to official sources, the operations were launched early in the morning and continued throughout the day at several premises believed to be linked to members or sympathizers of the outfit.
The police teams were accompanied by other security forces and carried out the searches in a discreet but decisive manner.
Officials said the action was part of efforts to dismantle the operational structure of the banned organisation, which has been under the scanner for allegedly reviving separatist activities and promoting anti-national narratives in the region.
