Govt Terminates Teacher, Pharmacist For Alleged Terror Links
Srinagar, Nov 29: The Jammu and Kashmir administration has dismissed a teacher and a pharmacist over alleged connections to terrorism. The action, taken under Article 311 of the Indian Constitution, allows the removal of government employees without a formal inquiry in cases involving national security concerns.
According to the Arising State the individuals identified are Ab Rehman Naika, a pharmacist in the health department, and Zahir Abbas, a teacher in the school education department.
