Former minister Adv Abdul Haq Khan rejoins PDP
Srinagar, Aug 20: Senior political leader and former minister Adv Abdul Haq Khan has rejoined the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Tuesday.The rejoining ceremony took place in the presence of PDP President Mehbooba Mufti and Senior Vice President Ab Hamid Chaudhary, who welcomed Khan back into the party fold.
Adv Ab Haq Khan, who previously served as a minister during the PDP-BJP coalition government in Jammu and Kashmir, had distanced himself from active politics for a while.His return to the PDP is seen as a boost to the party, which has been navigating through challenging political dynamics in the region.
