Firdoos Ahmad from Tral Selected for 5th Senior National Yogasana Championship
Tral, 22 Nov: Firdoos Ahmad Lone, a talented athlete from Tral in district Pulwama, has been selected to represent Jammu and Kashmir at the prestigious 5th Senior National Yogasana Sports Championship. The championship will take place at the Mahatma Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Tumakuru, Karnataka.
Firdoos was chosen for the national competition after displaying exceptional performance at both the district and Union Territory levels. His dedication and skill in Yogasana sports earned him a spot in the coveted event, where top athletes from across India will compete for honors.
Hailing from Chaan Kitar village, located approximately 6 kilometers from Tral town, Firdoos began his journey in sports under the guidance of Leeniv National Martial Academy.
