Farook Khan New Advisor to Governor Jammu and Kashmir

Retired IPS officer and former member of BJP Farook Khan , who once spearheaded anti- militancy operations in Jammu and Kashmir, is going to be next Advisor to J &K Governor according to reports.
Khan, a 1994 batch IPS officer who retired in 2013, will be assuming office on 15 July,2019.
Khan was also incharge of BJP minority morcha and was earlier J&K BJP spokesperson.
