Dialgam volleyball league concludes in South Kashmir’s Dialgam area

Anantnag: The week-long Volleyball tournament titled ”Dialgam volleyball league” Organized by 19 RR concluded on Friday afternoon at Dialgam area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag District.
The tournament received an overwhelming response of over 16 teams from the Anantnag district had participated. The zeal and sportsmanship displayed by all the teams was the testimony of the rich sporting culture and high standard of skills of the youth of Kashmir. Said lieutenant col 2 IC Manpreet Singh.
A total number of 16 teams from the Anantnag district participated in the tournament league. The event attracted more significance since the tournament is being jointly conducted by 19 RR in Dialgam area.
The final match was played today on 13 November between Brinty vs Kanganhal villages. In a strongly contested match, Brinty village emerged victoriously.
The champion team and the runners up team were awarded cash prizes of Rs 8000 and Rs 5000 each by lieutenant col 2 IC Manpreet Singh.
