DDC member Dr Harbakash Singh felicitates Artist Mahira Shah

Tral: The DDC member for Tral block in Pulwama district, and PDP spokesman, Dr Harbakash Singh on Wednesday visited Pinglish village of Tral to felicitate Artist Mahira Shah.

On the occasion, Dr. Singh said that not only Kashmir, Artist Mahira has made whole country proud by her artwork.

He said that he will try his best to promote her art, and hailed the efforts of Mahira in showing brilliant performance in Mandala Art.

With her hardwork and dedication towards the Mandala Art, Mahira Shah recently managed to enter her name in India as well as World Book Of Records, following which she was appreciated/felicitated by the admin as well as Army, besides some NGOs.
