Cop shot at in Srinagar, injured shifted to SKIMS
Militants on Saturday morning shot at and injured a policemen at Ali Jan road in Srinagar district, officials said here.
An official said that the suspected militants fired at off-duty policeman identified as Ghulam Hassan, leaving him injured.
He said that soon after the incident, injured cop was rushed to SKIMS for treatment, where his condition is said to be critical.
The official added that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
