Civilian injured in Grenade attack in Budgam
Srinagar, Aug 15 : A civilian ,Karan Kumar (20) son of Anil Kumar, resident of Gopalpora area of Chadoorawas was injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade at Gobalpora Chadoora in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, sources said.
Kumar received multiple splinter injuries in the attack and was immediately shifted to SMHS hospital in Srinagar for treatment. His condition is stated to be ‘stable’ and is under treatment, they added.
A police officer confirmed the incident and said searches have been launched to nab the attackers.
