Boy held with two grenades outside army recruitment rally venue in Poonch: Police

Police on Monday claimed to have detained a boy along with two grenades near the venue of an army recruitment rally in Surankote town of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The boy (name withheld), who is a resident of Kalakote tehsil of Rajouri district, was detained by the police while he was moving towards the venue of the rally today morning, said an official.

The boy is being questioned, said SSP Poonch Ramesh Angral.
