Awantipora Police organises workshop on “arrest when and how to be made in context of recent SC judgement”

Awantipora, 06 Nov: Awantipora Police organised one day workshop on Arrest when and how to be made in context of recent Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement at conference Hall DPL Awantipora.

The main motive of the workshop was aimed at to impart necessary directions/ guidelines related to the arrest of an accused.

The main speakers of the work shop were Shri Umer Mansoor Sr.PO Srinagar and Shri Waseem Shah Sr. Po Tral and moderator Shri Shashi Koul Sr.PO DPO Awantipora.

On the directions of SSP Awantipora the inaugural proceedings of the workshop were initiated by Shri Hilal Khaliq –JKPS SP DAR DPL Awantipora.

Besides the SDPOs SHOs/IC PPs of PD Awantipora attended the said workshop physically and IOs of all PSs/PPS through virtual mode.
