All Haj Flights from Srinagar Cancelled Until May 9 Amid Airport Closure
SRINAGAR, MAY 7: The Haj Committee of India has officially announced the cancellation of all Haj flights from Srinagar up to May 9, 2025, following the temporary closure of Srinagar Airport.
In a statement issued today, the committee confirmed that alternative travel arrangements are being explored to facilitate the movement of pilgrims.
Meanwhile, Haj aspirants have been advised to remain in close contact with the Jammu and Kashmir State Haj Committee for updates regarding revised travel schedules and further instructions.
Authorities have assured that efforts are underway to minimize inconvenience and ensure a smooth journey for the pilgrims once flights resume.
