Srinagar, March 20:The Jammu and Kashmir Government has announced the establishment of the ‘Chief Minister’s Public Services and Outreach Office’ within the Chief Minister’s Secretariat to strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms across the Union Territory.
The initiative is aimed at streamlining public grievances and improving accessibility to government services.
