Wife Dies, Husband Injured in Uri Road Accident

A 28-year-old woman was killed while her husband escaped with minor injuries after an Eco Cab skids of the road in village Nawarunda Uri on Wednesday.

Official sources told Kashmir News Service(KNS) That an Eco cab bearing registration number JK-04E 5046 skids off the road in village Nawarunda Uri, in the mishap a woman dies while her husband sustained injuries.

Soon after the incident the injured identified as Khursheed Ahmad Kohli rushed to a nearby hospital for advanced treatment.

The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Pakeeza Begum.

Meanwhile, SDPO Uri Dr Junaid Wali confirmed the death of the woman and said the condition of the injured person is said to be stable
