Two structures gutted in Khansaheb, Budgam

Two residential accommodations were gutted on Monday in central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
According to reports, a fire broke out in Krimshore area of Khansaheb Budgam district that damaged a residential house while another house was partially damaged in the incident.
The house owner identified as Rouf Ahmad Mir and Gulzar Ahmad Mir sons of Ghulam Ahmad Mir of Krimshore locality in the district.
Reports said that soon after the fire mishap the locals, fire tenders and police reached the spot to prevent the spread of fire to nearby houses, which was later on doused after joint efforts. According to the preliminary investigation carried out by police, the cause of the fire is said to be the leakage of LPG cylinder.
Meanwhile, a police officer has confirmed the fire mishap and said further course of action has been taken up.
