Two found dead in last 24 hours in Anantnag District

Anantnag 06, December: Two including a 12-year-old boy and a 35-year-old woman were found dead in the last 24 hours in south Kashmir’s Anantnag District.
According to reports, a 12-year-old boy was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Sallar area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday evening.
Reports said that a 12-year-old boy Showkat Ahmad Dar’s son Gul Mohammed Dar was found dead in a neighbors tin shed. He had left home along with some boys from the locality to play in the nearby field.
The family had searched for the young boy after he did not return home. During the searches, Showkat was found dead in a tin shed in his neighborhood tin shed.
However, a 35-year-old woman has been found dead at her home in the Magam kokernag area of Anantnag District today early morning.
The deceased has been identified as Nowsheena Akhter W/O Hilal Ahmad Bhat resident of Magam kokernag.
The woman was rushed to GMC Anantnag where doctors declared her dead.
A police official while talking to the Arising state said that we have started an investigation under section 174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of the deaths. The bodies of the deceased were handed over to their family members for last rites, he said.
