Tral’s noted educationist Mohammad Sidiq Naik passes away

Tral, 8 Jan: Noted educationist and a social worker Mohammad Sidiq Naik passed away on Thursday evening at his residence in South Kashmir’s Tral.

Naik was instrumental in spread of education in Tral sub district, who done a tremendous job, by educating the people, throughout his tenure.

He was a dedicated teacher and had a deep love for his students.

After the retirement, Naik worked as a social worker, who would always encourage and appreciate the new generation youth, particularly those having extraordinary talent.

He was loved and respected, not only by his students, but other as well, mainly for his outstanding contribution in the field of education for over decades.

Various social, religious and political organisations have condoled the demise of Mohammad Sidiq Naik and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.

Civil Society Tral & Trade Union called Naik’s demise a big loss for Tral sub district, and expressed condolences and sympathies with the bereaved family.

They issued that Tral has suffered a major loss in a past few months, which can never be repaired, as many great personalities passed away here, who had a great contribution for the society.

Meanwhile, Spokesman of PDP, and newly elected DDC candidate from Tral, Dr. Harbaksh Singh has expressed profound grief over the demise of the renowned educationist of Tral Mohd Sidiq Naik.

In his condolence message he said, “I am deeply saddened over the demise of Mohd Sidiq Naik, a reformer and an educationist. I pray to Almighty to grant him highest place in Jannah, & much needed strength to the bereaved family to bear the inconsolable loss.”
