Tral Hunters win final match of “Awantipora Premier League”
Awantipora: Cricket Tournament titled Awantipora Premier League (APL) was witnessed by Nalin Prabhat, IPS ADG, JKZ, CRPF, Gyanendra Kumar Verma IPS IGP KOS, Majid Dar Chairman J&K Cricket Association at Charligund Cricket Ground, Awantipora in the presence of Rajeev Yadav CO- 130 Bn, Aijaz Ahmed Zargar, SSP, PD Awantipora and other senior officers of CRPF deployed in South Kashmir Ops Range.
The Tournament was organized by 130 Bn CRPF under Civic Action Programme in association with Gindoo Foundation and was won by “Tral Hunters”.
During the Closing Ceremony, the Chief Guest, Sh. Nalin Prabhat IPS ADGP gave away the Trophies and Prizes and Briefed the media persons.
Total 22 teams (16 senior teams and 06 physically disabled teams) of different places of Pulwama Anantnag Kulgaam, Srinagar & Shopian district participated in the tournament.
The local population and administration praised the efforts of 130 Bn CRPF for providing a much needed platform and opportunity to the children to participate in Sports tournament.
