Suspected militants hurl grenade at police post in Anantnag
Srinagar: Suspected militants on Saturday hurled a grenade towards a police post near a bus stand in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, police said.
Official sources said that suspected militants lobbed a grenade on a police post near bus stand which exploded with a bang. Adding that no loss of life or injury has been reported so far.
The official said that Police and paramilitary forces have cordoned off the area to nab the assailants but no one was arrested.
