Questioning tha from where does the J&K administration itself manage construction material manageed for government projects works , If it has ‘Banned’ .He said that black marketing is being encouraged due to the ban. The price of all construction materials including sand, gravel has increased manifold. He said that In such circumstances the dreams of the ” Home to Everyone” of Prime Minister Honorable Narendra Modi , can never be fulfilled.
