Residential house, cowshed gutted in midnight fire mishap in Karmulla Tral

Tral, 15 May: A residential house was completely damaged while a cowshed suffered partial damage in midnight fire incident in Karumulla village of Tral sub district.
Locals said that during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, fire broke out in the house of Nooriya Goorsi, son of Jaama Goorsi, resident of Gujjar Basti Karmulla, leaving house completely damaged.
They said that cowshed behind the residential house suffered partial damage, because of the timely intervention of locals who doused the flames.
Reports said that the cause of fire was not immediately known.
One of the residents has said that victim Nooriya Goorsi lost everything in the fire incident.
He said that “the matter should reach to the higher ups, so that this poor man may get compensation to the loss, as fire incident left nothing for him.”
Pertinently, the area has no proper road connectivity due to which fire and emergency vehicle couldn’t reach there.
However, a team of Fire and emergency later reached to the spot ,abandoning their vehicles and made their way on foot to assist the locals.
