PM to interact with students in Pariksha Pe Charcha today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with a cross section of students, teachers and parents in another edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha today. A total of two thousand students, parents and teachers from all over India will be participating in the programme at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi.They were selected by a selection committee through an online contest on MyGov Portal in which over one lakh students took part. AIR correspondent reports that it is a unique interaction where students, teachers, parents and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come together to discuss issues related to exams and the stress connected to that.
For the first time, students from all over India and also Indian students residing abroad will be participating in the programme. Last year only students from Delhi NCR were called. The participants from abroad include students from countries like Russia, Nigeria, Iran, Nepal, Doha, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.
Special arrangements are being made in CBSE schools in UAE for the Indian expat children to see the live telecast of Prime Minister Modi’s “Pariksha par Charcha” today. More than 1000 children are expected to watch the telecast in different schools in UAE.
This programme will be broadcast live on All India Radio from 10.55 am today on the national hook up including, FM Rainbow and regional channels. It will also be telecast live on Doordarshan. Arrangements are being made for live telecast of the programme in all Government and CBSE Schools and Higher Education Institutions and Colleges of the country and abroad.
