Met predicts More rains in jk, other states

New Delhi, March 26 :
IMD predicts gradual rise in maximum temperatures by 2-3 degrees Celsius over Northwest India during the next 2 days.The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts heavy rainfall over Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh today. IMD Predicted, hunder storm accompanied with gusty winds and lightning at isolated places over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka and Kerala and Mahe.According to IMD, a gradual rise in maximum temperatures by two to three degree celcius over plains of Northwest India during next two days and fall by three to five degree celcius thereafter.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 39 degrees Celsius with the minimum temperature at around 18 degrees Celsius.
