Man succumbs after being seriously injured in land scuffle in Baramulla village

One person from Baramulla village who was injured yesterday during a scuffle over a property dispute succumbed to injuries today in a hospital.

The deceased identified as Ghulam Mohidin Gazi resident of Chaklo Baramulla was injured in a brawl over a land dispute with his relatives in Chakloo village of North Kashmir’s district Baramulla in a hospital on Tuesday.

The victim was immediately shifted to a hospital in a serious condition, family sources told KNS.

Police officials told Kashmir news service (KNS) that a case of murder has been registered against the accused and four of them have been arrested including female by Baramulla police

Police ha registered FIR, under 117, under section 302, 147,187 against the accused persons.

Meanwhile, after completion of medico-legal formalities the body of the victim was handed over to family members for last rites
