LG Manoj Sinha orders nomination of Administrative Secretaries as In-charge Secretaries for Districts for monitoring developmental works

The government has nominated Administrative Secretaries as In-charge Secretaries for the Districts for monitoring developmental works and other related matters of the Districts. An order to this effect bearing Order No.587-JK(GAD) of 2021 was issued today by the Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, Manoj Kumar Dived (IAS).
Atal Dulloo, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Medical Educatlon Department has been designated Administrative Secretary of the Srinagar District, While as Shaleen Kabra, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, will look after the District Reasi. Following Administrative Secretaries will be In-charge Secretaries of other districts;
Bipul Pathak, IA, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati, to look after Udhampur District .
Raj Dheeraj Gupta, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department, has been allotted Budgam district.
Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department, to look after Bandipora district
Navin Kumar Choudhary, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare Department, to look after Baramulla district.
Rohit Kansal, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department. to look after the district Pulwama.
Shailendra Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Government, PW(R&B) Department. has been allotted Anantnag district.
Ranjan P Thakur, Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department, allotted Shopian district.
B.K. Singh, IFS, Principal Secretary to the Government, School Education Department. allotted Kishtwar district.
Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, IAS, Commlssioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department will look after the Kathua district.
Hirdesh Kumar, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government,Transport Department, to look after district Doda.
Sanjeev Verma, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment, allotted Rajouri district.
M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Jal Shakti Department. allotted Jammu district.
Sheetal Nanda, IAS Ganderbal, Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, will look after the district Ganderbal
Yasha Mudgul, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department to look after Ramban district
Simrandeep Singh, IAS, Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction. to look after Kulgam district.
Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, has been allotted Poonch district.
Sushma Chauhan, IAS, Administrative Secretary,Higher Education Department. has been allotted Samba district.
Sarmad Hafeez, IASS Kupwara, Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, will look after Kupwara district.
