LG Manoj Sinha Mourns Death of 10 Army Personnel in Doda Road Accident

Jammu, January 22: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday expressed deep shock and grief over the tragic death of ten Indian Army soldiers who lost their lives in a road accident in Doda district. The mishap occurred after their vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge.
In a condolence message, the Lieutenant Governor conveyed heartfelt sympathies to the families of the deceased soldiers and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured.
“I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our brave soldiers in this unfortunate accident. Their service and sacrifice for the nation will always be remembered,” he said.
The Lieutenant Governor said that ten injured soldiers have been airlifted to a hospital for immediate medical treatment and assured that all necessary assistance is being provided to the affected families. He added that the entire nation stands in solidarity with the bereaved families during this moment of grief.
