KPC appeals Govt not to call Kashmiri terrorists as misguided youths

Kashmiri Pandit Conference ( KPC ) in a meeting here today, while reacting to L G. Manoj Sinha’s recent appeal to local terrorists to shun the path of violence by luring them with jobs and incentives. Kundan Kashmiri,President KPC while reacting the LG,s appeal to local terrorists of Kashmiri stated that the failure in fighting and whipping out terrorism in Kashmir for over three decades is mostly because of the appeasement policy adopted from time to time by the previous governments of the erstwhile state of JK as well as leaders and politicians in the helm of affairs center . The policy planners and the decision makers were advertently or inadvertently incentivising terrorism in a vain bid of ‘winning the hearts and minds’.

Kundan Kashmiri further stated, to describe terrorists as misguided youth and offering them olive branches is most unfortunate and an indirect attempt to demoralize our brave security forces who give their blood and life to fight them. It is also not a healthy approach to ask them to shun violence in return for jobs, money and entrepreneurship when they actually indoctrinated Jihadis not misguided youths and their objective is to get rid of Kaafirs, secede from India and to join Pakistan. In pursuit of this objective, they are willingly getting killed to become martyrs and find place in the heavens. Lots of funds are being pumped from various channels to bleed India, fight its security forces and malign it globally on account of human rights.

Sr. vice President KPC Tej Pandita stated that how long shall our leaders remain in the state of denial and provide these hardcore, radicalised and diehard terrorists of Kashmir by shield of misguided youth. Was Burhan Wani a misguided youth,what were the credentials of Afzal Guru, Has the Supreme Court of India sent to the gallows just a misguided youth from Kashmir and not the mastermind and accomplice in Parliament attack .These ‘misguided youth’ are highly motivated and indoctrinated extremists, who want to dismantle Indian nation in shreds. They speak and spread the message of mayhem and destruction. They are executors of cold-blooded murder, rape, plunder, extortion and devastation of five thousand years non–voilent community Kashmiri Pandits.

Dr. HL Saraf Gen. secretary KPC and Susheel Ji Bhat Secretary KPC stated that politicians and leaders in the helm of affairs must understand that they are working in different guises, when taking guns, they are Mujahids and when switching over to stones, they are freedom fighters. They are ruthless creatures who take sadistic pleasure in trampling tricolour, belittling soldiers and security forces, hampering anti-insurgency operations by providing human shields to terrorists to sign out of their trapped hide-outs. KPC appeals Lt. Governor JK UT as well as to the central government not to call these Kashmiri terrorists as misguided youths, leave to lure them by jobs,incentives and entrepreneurship to shun the violence, but to take tough action to wipe them out.
