Kashmir’s Higher Reaches Receive Fresh Snowfall, MeD Predicts 2-Days Of Wet Weather

Jammu, Dec 08: The higher reaches of Kashmir have today received fresh snowfall with the Meteorological Department  (MED) predicting light rains and snow over few higher reaches in Kashmir division till December 9 morning.

“There is a possibility of generally cloudy weather conditions with light rains over few areas of plains and hilly areas of Jammu division; and light rains and snow on few higher reaches of Kashmir division during late evening of December 8 and December 9 morning,” the MED said.

According to the weatherman, from December 10-11 the weather conditions are likely to remain dry.

On December 12, it will be generally cloudy with light snow over isolated higher reaches, the officials said, adding, from December 13-17, dry weather conditions will prevail.
