J&K Govt Orders Placement of 12 Executive Engineers as In-Charge Superintending Engineers

Srinagar, July 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the placement of 12 In-charge Executive Engineers (Civil) as In-charge Superintending Engineers in their own pay and grade in the Public Works (R&B) Department.

According to Government Order No. 241-PW(R&B) of 2025, the engineers placed as In-charge Superintending Engineers include Er. Pooja Wazir, Er. Najmun Sahar, Er. Fayaz Ahmad Kumar, Er. Abhishek Gupta, Er. Masood Ur Rafiq, Er. Rais Aslam Makhdoomi, Er. Shuja Ahmad, Er. Fayaz Ahmad Kar, Er. Beiza Rafiq, Er. Shivangi Gupta, Er. Hamid Iqbal Mir, and Er. Atul Gupta.

The order states that the placements are temporary and subject to the outcome of any pending writ petitions and claims of other eligible engineers. The arrangement will not confer any preferential right for substantive promotion until posts are filled through the due process by DPC/JKPSC.

The engineers will continue at their present places of posting until further orders.
