J&K Govt Issues January 2026 Roster of Administrative Secretaries for Civil Secretariat Srinagar

Srinagar, Dec 24:The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued a roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, during the month of January 2026.

As per Government Order No. 1949-JK (GAD) of 2025, dated December 24, 2025, senior officers have been assigned duties on a rotational basis to ensure smooth functioning of the administration .

According to the order, Brij Mohan Sharma, IFS (Culture Department) and M. Raju, IAS (General Administration Department) will be available from January 5 to 9. Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS (Health & Medical Education) and Mohammad Aijaz, IAS (Rural Development & Panchayati Raj) will serve from January 12 to 16. Vikramjit Singh, IPS (Industries & Commerce) and Zubair Ahmad, JKAS (Floriculture, Parks & Gardens) are scheduled from January 19 to 23, while Yasha Mudgal, IAS (Youth Services & Sports) and Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS (Science & Technology) will remain available from January 26 to 30

The order was issued by the General Administration Department to ensure administrative continuity at the Civil Secretariat.
