Govt Higher Secondary closed for 5-days in Budgam after nine students test positive for COVID-19
Srinagar, Mar 23: Authorities on Tuesday ordered the closure of Government Higher Secondary School Hardapanzoo located in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, for the next five days after at least nine girl students tested positive for the Covid-19.
An official that in the ongoing mass testing of students and staff being conducted at Higher Secondary Hardapanzoo Budgam, nine students have been found to have contracted the virus so far, adding that testing is on.
Meanwhile, CEO Budgam told the local news agency that the school has been closed for the next five days as a preventive measure to contain the spread of the virus.
