GDC Tral Organises “Earning while Learning” program

Pulwama: In connection with the Gandhi Jayanti Celebrations today on 30th of September 2023 the Women Development Cell of the college organised a program on the theme “Earning While Learning” in which students from different semesters participated. The program started with the introductory note by Prof. Ishaq Ahmad Wani in which he highlighted the need to organize such inspiring programs.

Principal of the College Prof. (Dr) Mushtaq Ahmad Malik in his inaugural speech reiterated that earning while learning is very important for self sustenance and self reliance. He also expressed his heart felt delight after looking at various products made by students and congratulated the students for their various talents like embroidery,mehandi designing,stitching etc that were displayed by student entrepreneurs.

Some inspiring stories were also shared by entrepreneur students to inspire other students so that they can come forward to show their talent.Participation certificates were distributed among the students who participated in the different activities conducted as part of Gandhi Jayanti Celebrations(12sep.-02Oct.)

The program was moderated by the Prof. Syeda Laila Khalid Convenor Women Development Cell and concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Dr. Hilal Ahmad Wani.
