District Administration Poonch bids farewell to DC Poonch, Vikas Kundal

POONCH, AUGUST 6: The District Administration Poonch today organised a farewell ceremony to honour outgoing Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal, who has been transferred and appointed as Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), Jammu.
