DECE-IUST hosted Alumni Meet
Awantipora, Nov. 9 – The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), organized an Alumni Meet. The programme aimed at rekindling connections with alumni and honouring their remarkable achievements saw significant participation.
Alumni, working in different sectors including administration and settled in different parts across the globe participated in the event and shared their insights from their professional journeys with the students, faculty and university officials including Dean of Academic Affairs, Prof. A.H. Moon, Dean of Outreach, Prof. Lily Want, Dean of Students Welfare, Dr. Asifa Mehraj Baba, Head Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dr. Faroze Ahmad, University Alumni Coordinator, Dr. Liyaqat Nazir.
The alumni expressed their gratitude to the university for its pivotal role and fondly remembered their student days while acknowledging the significant impact the varsity had on their lives. The program was moderated by Er. Shaiqa Nasreen.
