Clashes erupt in Maisuma Srinagar

Clashes erupted in Maisuma area soon after NIA sleuths left the area were they had raided JKLF chief Muhammad Yasin Malik’s residence. According to eye witnesses as soon as the team left the angry youth took to streets and clashed with forces. “Youth had assembled in nearby lanes and bylanes , pelted stones on the NIA team and the police personnel accompanying them,” locals said. Protests erupted in the area over the NIA raid at Malik’s house .
