BJP suggests Omar Abdullah to leave demand of statehood

Srinagar, April 12 : Bhartiya Janta party ( BJP) senior leader and leader of opposition in legislative assembly, Sunil Sharma today suggested Chief minister Omar Abdullah to remain away from demanding restoration of statehood as Prime minister Narendra Modi has promised for its restoration and BJP is fully aware when to restore statehood in jammu and kashmir.
Sunil Sharma said that party leaders beleave that statehood would be restored immediately once normalcy returned in jammu and kashmir and there is no need for Omar Abdullah to raise the demand.
Sunil Sharma said that NC is intended to promote radicalization in jammu and kashmir by raising religions slogans in assembly.
” Religions slogans like Allah Akbar, should be raised in masjid. Not in assembly, ” he said.
Accusing NC of running away from discussion in assembly, he said that some important bills were supposed to be discussed in assembly, but national conference deliberately raised noice in assembly to substage the discussion.
He said, it is for the first time in history of jammu and kashmir assembly that ruling party is protesting in assembly and did not allow the house to run smoothly.
Regarding election promises of NC, Sunil Sharma said that NC conference is running away from election promises. 200 wats free electricity to AAy catagory is already announced by central government for two years.
” Announcing free bus service for women and raised 7 percent hike in bus fear. 5 lakh jobs for unemployment youths are no where in Omar Abdullah government. But Only job was given to senior colleagues close relatives of NC . And poor are being left as always being the tradition of NC”.
About Law and order, sunil sharma said that normal has returned in jammu and kashmir. However, in some forest areas, there is some problem. Forces are capable to deal the situation.
